Consignment storage contracts, also known as consignment storage contracts or consignment purchase contracts, are legal agreements in which a party of another party asserts the legal rights to sell goods on their behalf. The registration process involves sending goods from a shipper to a consignee. The recipient is then responsible for the sale of the goods to an independent third party. Unsold items that are not picked up are transferred to the exclusive property of Modo Boutique to donate or use at our discretion. Withdrawals can be made at any time by paper check or PayPal once the item sold has passed the 14-day return window of Modo Boutique.

A fee of USD 1 is charged per payment. Withdrawals can be requested by email, phone call or personal storefront request. The sender can check their balance at any time by logging into their sender access account. Payments are based on the table below. The Modo Store percentage includes all fees related to eBay, PayPal or card processing. Modo Boutique pays the supplier the net proceeds he received and recovered from the sale of the property after receiving payment from the buyer and deducting his commissions. The agreement also sets a timetable for the products shipped. If all products are not sold by a specified date, all unsold products will be returned to the sender, all delivery costs being borne by the recipient.

This agreement should not be confused with a distribution agreement, since the consignee does not retain ownership of the goods in the previous agreement. He acts as a kind of intermediary where goods are temporarily held by him until those goods are disposed of by purchase. It is better to repeat that the recipient never has ownership of the goods, even though they are in his possession. The sender may even require that the goods be returned to him at the end of an agreed period. It all depends on the terms of their consignment contract. In a modern environment, the signing of documents/agreements by the sender and the recipient can take place in different locations or even their signatures can be transmitted electronically (by computer or fax). All these parties are considered to be part of the same agreement. Additional optional paragraphs may be added to the confirmation contract in order to meet the requirements of a negotiation.
